Refund Policy

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. 

Gud Junction is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

In case if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

In case the package is damaged or destroyed before delivery to customer, customer will have to share the unboxing video of the package with Gud Junction team.

For any product that is lost, damaged or missing the buyer has to report it within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
 

Gud Junction team will review the issue and if found genuine Gud Junction will take necessary action to solve customer concern

In case of returns for orders paid through card or net banking, money will be credited back to the card or e-wallet and will take a minimum of 10-15 working days to reflect in the statement. For Cash-on-Delivery orders you will need to email us your bank account details for us to transfer the amount to you. This process will also take 10-15 working days to reflect in the statement.

Cancellations Policy
  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
  • If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • Gud Junction reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
